Charcoal and gelli printed collages
These floral works were created at the beginning of the pandemic. Voluptuous, but fading flowers combine with the bits of lace and mesh printing, metallic accents and traces of previous layers of drawing evoke the paused world of Dickens' character. I feel that beginning in March 2020 our lives, too, were put on pause as the Covid19 kept us imprisoned in our own homes. Please click on the thumbnail for larger image.
